A Reminder of My Attitude.
Here at KEYAT we look to our Bible for the advice in raising our young. The
best time to train up your child and point them in the right direction is at the
time of their birth, if not before, at the time of conception.
We believe
that we are given the responsibility as parents to raise up our children to walk
with the Lord and to serve Him in all that we
do. Our children look to us as their examples as to how to act, and what to do
when trials may come. There is so much learning to do, and we need to take
advantage of all the time that we can, while we can. Who really knows when the
Lord will return, but God Himself.
We need to teach our children when and
how to stand alone, and it is so much easier to teach them these things when
they are being taught at home where there are less distractions from the world
around us. This does not mean that we do not expose our children to other
children, or that they are over sheltered, but that we as parents have the
capabilities to choose the company of our children while they are still young,
and to teach them the difference between right and wrong.
We are hoping that we can be of assistance to you at
